The Role

We are seeking a part-time coach to lead groups of students through structured games based on the Elevo curriculum. The ideal candidate will engage students in sports, games, and other activities, while supporting kids' behavioral management needs. You will collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who has been successful working with elementary and/or middle school kids. You will confidently manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance, while being approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids. You will present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model, ensuring activities run smoothly and efficiently within allocated timeframes.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Complete and pass a Live-Scan background check and TB screening
  • 1-2 years of working experience in education, coaching, child development, or other child-focused experiences strongly preferred
  • Ability to engage in the following activities with or without an accommodation: constant movement, sitting, standing, running, and other strenuous physical activity
