Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide quality service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Registration Support: Assist students with course enrollment, adds, drops, swaps, withdrawals, and waitlists, ensuring accuracy and adherence to college policies.
- Document Management: Maintain the security and storage of student registration records and other documents, including scanning and linking processes for document imaging.
- Correspondence and Reporting: Prepare and process correspondence, documents, reports, minutes, surveys, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Perform various scheduling activities, including preparing bulk mailings and participating in clerical preparations for meetings and college events.
- Training and Development: Assist with training temporary staff and may assign work to part-time and work-study student employees.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED plus one year of relevant experience gained from working in an office environment.
- Certifications/Licensures: N/A.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
This is a regular full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with additional hours as needed to meet departmental requirements.
ClearancesCurrent criminal record and child abuse clearances will be required if offered the position and to be employed at the College.
