Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide quality service to all individuals served and customers in a courteous and professional manner. This part-time position is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties to maintain program and registration operations, including communications, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, insurance registration, and coordination of day-to-day services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to individuals served and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties to maintain program and registration operations, including communications, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, insurance registration, and coordination of day-to-day services.
- Follow all established documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines, urgency of needs, and departmental policy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/Equivalency with business curriculum preferred.
- One year of customer service experience.
- Act 33/34/73 clearances.
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen.
- Experience in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Record keeping skills and knowledge of managed care criteria preferred.
Work Schedule:
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. Part-Time: 24-30-hour work week, daylight Monday through Friday with availability to work an occasional 12-8 shift if needed; with flexibility based on the needs of the unit.
