Job Summary

Natsu Healthcare is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all Natsu Healthcare facilities and grounds to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Perform seasonal property upkeep tasks, including landscaping and snow removal.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and performing minor repairs.
  • Properly store and maintain equipment, tools, and machines to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by management, including capital projects and special events.
  • Report any issues that may affect facility operations to the Facilities Manager.
  • Perform other related duties as required to support the facilities team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in maintenance and facilities operations preferred.
  • Proficient with hand and electrical tools, including power equipment and machinery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to meet essential job requirements and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
