Customer Success Manager

FieldClock LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing customer success strategies that drive growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
