Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in members, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment.
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and effective manner.
  • Assist with membership sales and retention, as well as follow up with prospects.
  • Sell in-store merchandise, such as Retro Smoothies and pro shop items.
  • Ensure the club is clean and well-maintained, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including checking the facility and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.
Requirements:
  • Passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • CPR/AED training preferred.
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
