We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Surgical Coordinator to join our team at Addison Group. As a Surgical Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling surgeries across our three offices, ensuring seamless communication with patients, surgeons, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking patients for clinic and surgery appointments
  • Verifying patient insurance authorizations
  • Following up with patients to confirm appointments and pre-operative procedures

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in a surgical coordinator role, preferably in a spine/orthopedics office
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) such as eClinicalWorks

What We Offer:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8:30-9am
  • 30-minute paid lunch break
  • Business casual attire
