Fiscal Management Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fiscal Management Service Coordinator to support our team in providing comprehensive support services to individuals and families. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of California's Self Determination Program and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide guidance and support to clients and families participating in the Self Determination Program.
  • Financial Planning: Assist clients in budgeting, financial planning, and expense tracking.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to the Self Determination Program.
  • Financial Audits: Conduct regular reviews and audits of client financial records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports and documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality services.
  • Bilingual Support: Offer bilingual support and communication to Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Fiscal Education: Educate clients on fiscal management practices and resources available.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Program Knowledge: Knowledge and experience with California's Self Determination Program.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities a plus.
