Salary Range: $2,686.66 to $2,946.66 Semi-Monthly

Position Summary:
The Pathway Home Program Supervisor plays a crucial role in leading and mentoring the Support Services team. Reporting to the Pathway Home Program Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with program and fiscal requirements, and fostering community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and training to Support Services staff, including monitors and coordinators.
  • Assist the Program Manager in supervising subcontracted partnerships and maintaining program integrity.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of supportive services activities and ensure effective client linkages and referrals.
  • Manage program operations within budget constraints while implementing culturally competent practices.
  • Prepare and present reports on program performance and compliance with funding requirements.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team development.
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality standards and maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure comprehensive support for clients throughout the housing stabilization process.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or a related field is required, along with 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in relevant software applications and possess strong communication skills. A valid California Driver's License and proof of insurance are mandatory.

Working Conditions:
This role may involve interaction with challenging clients and requires local travel. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary.
