Position Summary: The role of the Senior Sales Executive is pivotal in advancing the Service Agreements segment within the commercial Smart Buildings division. This position is responsible for meeting new order and profitability targets, gaining comprehensive insights into market dynamics and competitors, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients to ensure their building systems align with their operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed new order and profit targets as per assigned quotas.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities while accurately forecasting order intake.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor offerings and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to propose services that enhance building performance.
  • Participate in industry-specific networking events to foster relationships and represent Siemens.
  • Work alongside internal teams to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Occasionally travel for training and business development initiatives.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with experience in sales or business development within the commercial building sector. Familiarity with fire and life safety systems is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
