Key Responsibilities
Propel sales performance by achieving or surpassing store sales targets and other critical metrics. Implement operational strategies related to payroll management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Identify efficiencies by managing operational costs such as shipping and supplies. Oversee the recruitment, training, development, coaching, motivation, and evaluation of team members. Create weekly schedules that optimize return on investment while adhering to payroll guidelines. Effectively summarize store performance, including analysis and strategic action plans. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention protocols. Manage all aspects of inventory, including transfers, markdowns, and style reconciliation. Execute visual merchandising directives, including floor layouts, store displays, and in-store promotional materials. Maintain exceptional visual standards for all merchandise, both on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Guarantee a superior shopping experience for every customer who visits the store. Support all marketing initiatives established by headquarters. Suggest ideas that will enhance brand visibility and sales relevant to your location, including event proposals and community outreach initiatives.Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager overseeing multiple staff in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in computer applications. Strong communication and customer service skills.Benefits
