About the Role

SBJATC 153 is seeking a detail-oriented Enrollment Data Entry professional to support the accurate and up-to-date enrollment records of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and update student enrollment data into the system.
  • Review and verify enrollment documents for completion and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with enrollment information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling student information.
  • Generate reports and metrics related to enrollment data as required.
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of data management protocols and best practices.
  • Monitor and track the progress of student enrollment activities.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven data entry experience with exceptional accuracy and speed.
  • Proficient computer skills, including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
