Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team at Jack's Family Restaurants. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our internal customers, including restaurants and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to internal customers via phone, email, and remote access.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level technicians or management as needed.
- Program and configure IT hardware and software remotely using remote access systems.
Requirements:
- Active driver's license and clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Stable, high-speed Internet connection.
- Ability to work shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of computers and technical equipment.
- High energy level and self-motivation.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective at handling high-stress levels.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Availability for early mornings, nights, and weekends required.
