Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Help Desk Technician to join our team at Jack's Family Restaurants. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our internal customers, including restaurants and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide timely and effective technical support to internal customers via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level technicians or management as needed.
  • Program and configure IT hardware and software remotely using remote access systems.


Requirements:


  • Active driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Stable, high-speed Internet connection.
  • Ability to work shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and technical equipment.
  • High energy level and self-motivation.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective at handling high-stress levels.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Availability for early mornings, nights, and weekends required.
