About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Operator to join our team at KnownHost. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to web hosting, including cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and providing a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web hosting technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL, and email protocols.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of web hosting applications and protocols, including cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
