Customer Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist for Tandem Diabetes Care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to individuals with diabetes and their healthcare providers. Your primary goal will be to resolve technical issues and provide accurate information to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide the best possible support to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution metrics to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other regulatory requirements related to customer support.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience and location.
