Job Description

At Snap Inc., we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global Small and Medium Customers (SMC) organization's revenue growth initiatives. As a Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing high-impact agency programs to drive retentive revenue growth in key business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch global agency programs to drive revenue growth in SMC segments
  • Own retentive revenue goals for assigned segments and ensure agencies and SMC succeed by leveraging Snap's products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and own strategic go-to-market roadmaps
  • Analyze program effectiveness and develop business plans to drive growth
  • Lead global teams to drive program execution and present results to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, consulting, corporate strategy, services, data analytics, marketing, or product/growth areas
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing product teams to build solutions for specific customer segments
