Job Title: Lead Admissions Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary:

Radias Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Admissions Mental Health Therapist to join our team at the ReEntry House Crisis Stabilization Program in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with case managers and community providers to ensure a continuum of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to residents
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, assessments, and crisis intervention strategies
  • Coordinate with case managers, family members, and community providers to ensure a continuum of care
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individual treatment plans
  • Identify individuals prone to behavior emergencies and develop additional programming
  • Provide clinical support and supervision to other staff members
  • Coordinate internal investigations and reports
  • Facilitate discharge planning and provide follow-up assistance

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field
  • Qualified as a Mental Health Professional with a LICSW, LP, LPCC, or LMFT license
  • 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders
