Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain user hardware and software systems
  • Collaborate with users and management to enhance hardware and software solutions
  • Partner with the IT team to create user documentation aimed at reducing support ticket volume
  • Identify and recommend third-party training resources beneficial to the organization
  • Support IT staff in network design, implementation, and optimization (familiarity with ports, LAN/WAN is essential)
  • Assist with Windows Active Directory access, file sharing, and policy management
  • Address and resolve submitted support tickets while identifying common trends
  • Provide assistance with M365 and Active Directory access, file sharing, and policy management
  • Contribute to various infrastructure projects as needed

Required Skills:

Experience with servers, virtualization, M365, Active Directory/Entra ID, deployment, networking, LAN/WAN, ports, troubleshooting, hardware, Windows OS, and Azure is essential.
