Contract Negotiation Specialist

Comcast is seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts on behalf of Comcast and its affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate various types of agreements, including professional services agreements, software agreements, NDAs, amendments, evaluation agreements, work orders, and statements of work.
- Assist with intake and distribution of contracts for legal review through Comcast's online intake system.
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage various standard and non-standard contracts for the organization.
- Provide counsel and guidance on contractual legal matters.
- Identify and escalate significant legal and business issues to senior lawyers and members of the legal team.
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of Contracts Management or paralegal experience, with an emphasis on contract review, negotiation, and drafting.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
- Ability to work effectively with various members of the legal team, and with procurement and business personnel.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with consistently high-quality work product.
