We are a reputable senior care agency seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join our team in Brea, CA.

As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and caregivers, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls from customers, caregivers, and other affiliated parties
  • Respond to text messages, emails, and social media messages
  • Manage caregiver and client schedules via telephone, SMS, and mobile app
  • Verify, update, and file caregiver credentials accurately
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High level of professionalism and ability to diffuse stressful situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems and programs
  • Availability to work daytime hours in an in-person office setting
