**About the Role**

The Help Desk Support Representative will provide exceptional customer service to vendors and the public, answering multi-line telephone calls in a professional manner and routing them appropriately.

Responsibilities include corresponding with the public and other Social Services' staff via email, as needed. Typing, reviewing, copying, mailing, and filing forms, letters, and other documents in a timely manner is also crucial.

Maintaining a filing system that is organized and accessible by staff, Program Coordinators, Social Services Division Director, and Auditors is an essential task. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of office experience, a high school diploma, and computer skills.

**Job Description**

This role assists vendors and the public with information regarding services for aging, persons with disabilities, and their families. Answering multi-line telephone calls in a professional manner and routing calls appropriately is key.

Other responsibilities include typing, reviewing, copying, mailing, and filing forms, letters, and other documents in a timely manner, maintaining a filing system, entering client data into service data systems and Excel, and assisting the Division with data entry, program reporting, and information gathering.

**Requirements**

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are also necessary.

Aston Carter provides a competitive salary range of $16.50-$16.50 per hour, depending on experience. **Work Environment**

This is a fully onsite position in Louisville, KY. Work is typically performed while sitting at a desk or table in a climate-controlled environment with intermittent standing, stooping, and walking. Lifting light objects (less than 25 pounds) is a job requirement. Operating a vehicle is also a requirement of the job.
