Job Title: Director of Employee Relations, Enrollment and Student Affairs

The Office of the Vice President is seeking a seasoned Director of Employee Relations to manage human resource functions for the Enrollment and Student Administration division. This position entails overseeing talent acquisition, compensation strategies, training initiatives, performance assessments, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role is instrumental in promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts within the institution.

The Director will collaborate closely with departmental supervisors, executive leadership, and central human resources. Reporting to the Director for Finance and Administration, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a dedication to cultivating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a consultant for managers and staff regarding HR policies
  • Evaluate job descriptions and salary structures for fairness
  • Lead equity, diversity, and inclusion committees
  • Provide training for supervisors on HR protocols
  • Design and implement new onboarding processes
  • Oversee the HR dashboard
  • Manage SAP-related actions
  • Supervise the performance management system

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience
