Job Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing implementation projects that transform hospital pharmacy operations into revenue-generating assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project specifications, milestones, and initiatives based on customer needs assessments and capabilities.
- Set and drive clear project expectations with internal and external customers.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders via clear project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor internal and external customer commitments and deliverables to ensure timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
- Develop effective communication strategies for internal and external customers.
- Lead cross-functional team conference calls and video presentations to coordinate with internal and external customers.
- Accountable for meeting key metrics, including client satisfaction, project milestones, and deadlines.
- Monitor and communicate outstanding issues or developments post-implementation.
- Enroll and manage payer portals for clients during and after implementation.
Requirements:
Strong healthcare acumen with knowledge of health system operations, associated health plans, and specialty pharmacy.
Understanding of setting up NPI, NCPDP, Taxonomy numbers.
Knowledge of the Medicare Part A & B enrollment process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
