Job Title: Listing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our team at The Pace of Richmond. As a Listing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the listing process from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication with sellers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement
  • Arrange public open houses and communicate with agents for feedback
  • Track sales activity and input client information into the CRM
  • Ensure file compliance for the office broker
  • Schedule property photos, cleaning, and staging with customers and vendors
  • Create and execute marketing plans for each listing and for the team
  • Oversee the admin side of sales and marketing technology and systems
  • Maintain CRM and databases with current client information
  • Communicate consistently with sellers throughout the selling process
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED, some college experience a plus
  • Ability to use Google Sheets and basic computer programs
  • Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgage experience highly valued
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of social media strategy and implementation a plus
  • Ability to learn new software programs and teach others
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an expected end-of-year earning of $45,000-$55,000, paid time off, and bonuses considered after a 90-day period.
