Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare and write effective reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to schedule and estimate workers' hours and requirements to complete tasks efficiently.
  • General maintenance and repair knowledge is helpful but not essential.
  • Local area knowledge is a plus, with a strong understanding of the community and its needs.
  • Two years' experience in administrative support is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: $45,000-$50,000
