4. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving project goals.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for swiftly resolving on-site issues.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
7. Proficiency in construction software and technology to enhance project efficiency and quality.
8. A solid commitment to health and safety, with a history of ensuring compliance on construction sites.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
10. Relevant certifications in construction management or project management are a plus.
