Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining clinical workflows and electronic health records (EHRs) to improve patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement clinical workflows and EHRs to support patient care and improve clinical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to identify and prioritize workflow and EHR improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain clinical content and workflows to ensure standardization and consistency across the organization.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of training programs to support caregiver adoption of EHRs and clinical workflows.
  • Work with internal technology departments and vendors to ensure seamless integration of EHRs and clinical workflows.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve clinical data quality and reduce errors.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare discipline, such as nursing, direct patient care, clinical leadership, or related technical experience.
  • Experience supporting operations in an electronic healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of related protocols, hardware documentation, and systems applications.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare system and differing patient care processes within its settings.
  • Knowledge of principles and methodologies of process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Professional - Healthcare Info & Mgmt Systems (CPHIMS) or ANIA certification.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration to practice in a trained related area as required by State.
