Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at FedEx Office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless execution of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders, provide pricing information, and recommend FedEx Office products and services.
  • Manage production flow, ensuring all production orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with training and development of new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • 2+ years of specialized experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure, and maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods, and move and lift 55 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Office products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
