POSITION SUMMARY

This role is designed to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer, managing a diverse array of administrative and executive functions.

The successful candidate will be a proactive and adaptable team member, thriving in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of efficiency and flexibility.

This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership within a prestigious luxury brand.

Key attributes for this role include the ability to exercise sound judgment in various scenarios, along with exceptional written and verbal communication, organizational, and administrative skills. Maintaining a balanced approach to multiple priorities is essential.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Overseeing a busy calendar of appointments and preparing correspondence, often of a confidential nature.
2. Leading various projects as directed by the CFO and CIO.
3. Organizing travel arrangements, itineraries, and agendas for the CFO and CIO, including necessary approvals and expense report completion.
4. Anticipating the needs of the CFO and CIO, and proactively coordinating resources and personnel to support their objectives.
5. Representing the executives by greeting visitors, organizing corporate events, and addressing inquiries.
6. Assisting in the coordination of senior management meetings and retreats, as well as all leadership gatherings.
7. Managing external relationships by understanding key contacts and maintaining regular communication.
8. Performing administrative duties such as document management, invoice processing, and maintaining executive files.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant at a senior level is essential.
2. A background in finance, investment, or real estate is preferred.
3. A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
4. Strong organizational capabilities.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
8. Exceptional guest service skills, professional demeanor, and refined interpersonal abilities, with sensitivity to cultural differences.
9. Eligibility to work in the US.
