About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at Spectrum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting quantitative analyses of financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex financial analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate returns on investment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Develop and present financial reports to stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, mathematics, or statistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with financial software and systems
