Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial management and operational aspects of client projects.
The Financial Operations Analyst will contribute to refining our best practices to ensure efficient and thorough budgeting processes, along with the management of financial documentation related to client contracts and agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct monthly reviews of project statuses, ensuring timely updates to budgets and adjustments to fees based on project scope changes.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive reconciliations of budget versus actual expenditures in alignment with client contracts.
- Generate, review, and analyze monthly financial reports for clients and individual projects, ensuring timely billing of fees and out-of-pocket expenses.
- Monitor contract compliance and manage accounts receivable aging reports to facilitate prompt collections.
- Compile and present client financial reports, focusing on enhancing client and product profitability.
- Collaborate with account teams to define project scopes and objectives, meticulously documenting all specifications and accurately estimating costs.
- Assist in gathering database statistics and analyzing trends related to projected hours, historical costs, and competitive benchmarks, while participating in RFP processes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
