Position Overview: Spin Servers is in search of a Vice President of Operations to further enhance this vision and success.

The VP of Operations should be a seasoned leader with a proven track record of integrating hands-on initiatives with operational oversight. This role requires a deep dive into the daily operations alongside the team, particularly in the areas of data center and server hosting services, while collaborating with the CEO and board to implement the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the CEO and Board to define the organizational vision and develop a comprehensive operational strategy.
  • Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans for growth across sales, marketing, and operational functions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and budgeting frameworks.
  • Oversee all company operations and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Enhance the customer service experience by coordinating all stakeholders, refining standard operating procedures, and developing effective crisis management protocols.
  • Build and nurture relationships with essential customers, resellers, and partners.
  • Engage in vendor selection processes and contract negotiations.

  • Demonstrated success in leadership positions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data centers and the server hosting sector.
  • Exemplary personal integrity.
  • A dedicated work ethic that balances diligence with a vibrant company culture.

Compensation: The compensation package includes a base salary complemented by performance incentives, with total on-target earnings ranging from $180,000 to $225,000.
