Associate Governmental Program Analyst

Job Summary
The Associate Governmental Program Analyst will perform responsible, varied, and complex technical analytical administrative tasks and personnel analysis under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical analytical administrative tasks and personnel analysis
- Work under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I
- Develop and implement plans, programs, and policies
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in planning, organizing, and completing special assignments
- Experience with written, verbal, and personal communication
- Knowledge of allocation, forecasting, analyzing, and auditing data
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the Associate Governmental Program Analyst/Staff Services Analyst exam. For those who do not have current eligibility, you must be on the state examination list to be eligible for these positions.
