Job Summary
The Department of Transportation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Governmental Program Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for performing complex technical analytical administrative tasks and personnel analysis under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing technical analytical administrative tasks and personnel analysis
- Planning, organizing, and completing special assignments with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and details
- Developing and implementing effective solutions to complex problems
- Providing written, verbal, and personal communication with internal and external partners
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records and files
Requirements
- Experience in planning, organizing, and completing special assignments with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and details
- Experience with written, verbal, and personal communication with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated knowledge of allocation, forecasting, analyzing, and auditing data
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability in balancing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines
- Possession of a valid driver's license
