Job Summary

As a Front Desk Hospitality Agent at Marriott, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in processing guest requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, and requests
  • Secure payment and verify billing
  • Activate and file room keys
  • Process guest requests and relay messages
  • Print contingency lists and maintain accurate records

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and policies
