Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka'anapali. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm guest check-ins, check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
  • Secure payment and verify billing
  • Activate and file room keys
  • Process guest requests and relay messages
  • Print contingency lists for emergency situations
  • Identify and explain room features to guests
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation
  • Follow up on outstanding requests or problems from the previous day
  • Run and review daily reports/logs
  • Complete designated cashier and closing reports
  • Accept and record wake-up call requests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
