Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to room inventory.
  • Assist with managing the front office team, including training and coaching staff members to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
