Responsibilities

Welcome all patients and customers as they enter the store, identifying their needs to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
Provide recommendations on available products and services.
Achieve sales targets set by the management team while adhering to company and local policies and procedures.
Assist patients and customers in selecting products and services that align with their budget and eye care requirements.

Identify and resolve issues related to prescriptions to address customer complaints, alleviate concerns, and provide effective solutions.

Measure, fit, and adjust lenses and frames for clients according to written optical prescriptions or specifications, determining lens specifications, and making minor repairs or adjustments to eyewear as needed.

Maintain brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
Other responsibilities as assigned and required.

Qualifications

Experience in delivering exceptional customer service as a Licensed Optician.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team-oriented environment.
Effective communication skills with a diverse group of individuals.
