Responsibilities

Welcome all patients and customers as they enter the store, identifying their needs to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
Provide recommendations on available products and services.
Achieve sales targets set by the management team while adhering to company and local policies and procedures.
Assist patients and customers in selecting products and services that align with their budget and eye care needs.

Identify and troubleshoot prescription-related issues to resolve customer complaints, de-escalate dissatisfied patients, and provide effective solutions.

Measure, fit, and adjust lenses and frames for clients according to prescribed specifications, determining lens specifications, and making minor repairs or adjustments to eyewear.

Maintain brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience in delivering exceptional customer service as a Licensed Optician.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
Effective communication skills with a diverse group of individuals.
