Responsibilities

Welcome all patients and customers upon entry, identifying their needs to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
Provide informed recommendations on available products and services.
Achieve sales targets set by management while adhering to company and local policies and procedures.
Assist patients and customers in selecting products and services that align with their budget and eye care requirements.

Identify and resolve prescription-related issues to address customer complaints, de-escalate dissatisfied patients, and provide effective solutions.

Measure, fit, and adjust lenses and frames for clients based on written optical prescriptions or specifications, determining lens specifications, and performing minor repairs or adjustments to eyewear.

Maintain brand standards by executing basic housekeeping tasks as needed.
Other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service as a Licensed Optician.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a collaborative environment.
Effective communication skills with a diverse range of individuals.
