Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Gotion, Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and professional image of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Direction and Support: Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office, providing clear and concise directions.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Mail and Delivery Management: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Office Security: Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, ensuring a secure and safe environment for all employees and guests.
  • Supply Management: Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers, providing excellent support to employees and guests.
  • Expense Management: Keep updated records of office expenses and costs, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clerical Support: Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, etc., providing administrative support to the team.
  • Expats' Apartment Management: Manage company expats' apartments, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking and time management skills, ability to maintain a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation

Our total compensation package includes a competitive base pay, which is determined within a range based on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location. The base pay range for this role is $25-$28 USD.
