About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA Clinical Manager to join our team at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with autism and their families to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide supervision and support to behavior technicians and caregivers
  • Conduct regular clinical case reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Lead the application of our treatment philosophy in the field
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, or a related field
  • BCBA certification or qualified licensed healthcare professional status
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with autistic individuals
  • Proven experience developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans
