Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapy Program Manager to oversee the operation of our clinical therapy, social work, and interdisciplinary evaluation programs. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the work of clinical professionals and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop, implement, and modify treatment protocols and clinical procedures in accordance with clinical objectives and standards.
  • Provide direct patient consultation and care, developing and evaluating rehabilitative therapy programs as required.
  • Oversee all facets of the daily operations of the organizational unit, ensuring compliance with University, State, and federal laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement systems to maintain records on employees, equipment inventories, and compliance activities.
  • Perform and/or oversee academic/clinical research and associated activities as appropriate, ensuring data integrity and compliance with protocol and standards.
  • Prepare grant proposals and manage contracts and grants for various projects.
  • Represent the organization at various community and/or business meetings, promoting existing and new programs and/or policies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • LPCC/CMHC or LCSW or LMFT in New Mexico.
  • Bilingual English, Spanish, Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will work in a sedentary office environment with minimal hazard and physical risk. The position may be credentialed by the UNMH Credentialing Committee and is subject to an annual contract and performance appraisal.
