Client Services Representative

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at 1000heads. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support the operations of the account on a day-to-day basis, working closely with internal teams.
- Demonstrate a thoughtful understanding of clients' businesses, brands, and challenges.
- Assist in account administration duties such as scheduling meetings, chasing assets, and following up on client communications.
- Attend and co-lead meetings, preparing and/or bringing necessary status documents and providing comprehensive recaps and next steps to the internal team.
- Maintain necessary performance tracking and media databases.
- Foster a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the client organization.
- Work cross-functionally with all departments, including Community Management, Strategy, and Creative.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, business opportunities, and best practices.
- Able to work independently and effectively manage up to the Account Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Influencer experience.
- Experience working with clients in the tech, electronics, telecomm, or related industries.
- Bigger agency background, having worked with very large, complex clients.
- Account management or project management experience, with a strong advantage if you have a background in account management within the social and/or influencer space.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong advantage if you have experience building social communities and/or community management.
