Territory Manager

Diablo Tools is seeking a highly motivated and driven Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and market share within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales numbers
- Assist Regional Managers or Key Market Managers with various tasks, including training, management of trade shows, and coaching other Territory Managers
- Effectively develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory to convert, promote, and consolidate key categories to Diablo/Freud
- Plan for monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth while staying within T&E Budget
- Mentor and counsel Territory Managers on company best practices, customer approaches, and strategies in an engaging and highly communicative manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Sales or related field required or 8 years of commensurate experience
- Bilingual- English/Spanish highly desired but not required
- Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization, and customers
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and approaches
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
