Position Overview
Mauser Packaging Solutions stands as a premier provider of comprehensive packaging solutions, catering to diverse sectors including food, personal care, coatings, and chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates daily employee relations and performance guidance.
- Ensures equitable and consistent application of all human resources policies and practices.
- Addreses employee concerns or issues within the supported locations.
- Promotes effective communication of all employee programs to enhance engagement and morale.
- Implements initiatives related to human resources and employee relations.
- Collaborates with management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversees payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, paid time off benefits, and the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Delivers and manages training initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and other HR-related policies and procedures.
- Conducts orientation for new hires and facilitates other onboarding processes.
- Maintains precise records within the HRIS system and generates necessary reports.
- Engages in recruitment activities including posting job openings, reviewing applications, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- May participate in investigating employee-related issues and concerns.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing setting.
- PHR/SPHR certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bilingual Requirements: – Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Proven ability to exemplify leadership behaviors, collaborating with business leaders in a dynamic environment.
- Understanding of Federal and State laws related to human resources administration.
- Exceptional conflict resolution capabilities.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Effective organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
