Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates daily employee relations and provides performance guidance.
- Ensures equitable and consistent implementation of all human resources policies and practices.
- Adds value by addressing any employee concerns or issues within the supported locations.
- Enhances communication of all employee programs to foster engagement and boost morale.
- Implements human resources initiatives and employee relations programs.
- Collaborates with management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversees payroll processing, time and attendance tracking, paid time off benefits, and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Delivers and manages training initiatives.
- Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment and other HR-related policies and procedures.
- Conducts orientation for new hires and facilitates other onboarding processes.
- Maintains precise records within the HRIS system and generates necessary reports.
- Engages in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- May participate in the investigation of employee-related issues and concerns.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing context.
- PHR/SPHR certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Bilingual Requirement: Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Exemplifies leadership behaviors consistently, collaborating with business leaders in a dynamic environment.
- Possesses knowledge of Federal and State laws relevant to human resources administration.
- Demonstrates strong conflict resolution capabilities.
- Exhibits excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Displays effective organizational, planning, and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
