Key Responsibilities:

The Food Service Area Manager will be responsible for the effective management of assigned Sushi Bars within designated regions. This role involves developing, supervising, and mentoring team members to uphold the highest standards of product quality and customer service.

  • Oversee daily operations and management of assigned locations, focusing on personnel management, food safety, customer service, sales, and product quality.
  • Accountable for the recruitment, training, development, and motivation of team members.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including quality assurance and food safety protocols.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with store management and external auditors.
  • Facilitate new store openings and the rollout of new products and programs.
  • Optimize labor and production plans to enhance profitability through effective sales strategies and waste management.
  • Ensure accurate completion of daily reports, payroll, and operational checklists.
  • Conduct monthly inventory assessments and compliance audits.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service management, preferably in a multi-unit setting.
  • Experience in the Sushi sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing stress effectively.
  • ServeSafe Certification is a plus.
