As a Student Food Services / Catering Associate, you will play a vital role in food preparation while adhering to safety protocols. You will also enhance your customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous experience is not essential; we seek students who are ready to innovate with Aramark.

Key Responsibilities
The essential functions and responsibilities of this role may differ based on client needs and business requirements:

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Store food properly in compliance with standards.
  • Set up workstations, including preparation tables, service counters, and hot wells.
  • Disassemble, clean, and sanitize work areas.
  • Serve food to customers, ensuring satisfaction and anticipating their needs.
  • Restock food items to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests, clients, and coworkers.
  • Follow Aramark's safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation.
  • Safeguard company assets.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in food service is preferred.
  • Must possess or obtain food safety certification.
  • Exhibit strong guest service skills.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
