Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner services to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Transport food from production or storage areas to serving lines in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Load beverage dispensers and the ice dispenser on the soda machine to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Empty coffeepots and rinse them out to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Wipe clean all chairs and place them on tables to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Sweep, mop, and deck areas to include the wardroom, scullery, and entire mess deck to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean all tables and refill napkins, salt, and pepper shakers as needed.
  • Fill the salad bar with ice and position all salad bar crocks for service.
  • Refill beverage dispensers and restock condiments as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, reach, bend, and push frequently.
  • Ability to tolerate confined areas, noise exposure, extreme temperatures, dusts, work indoors and outdoors, and exposure to minor cuts.
